Large or heavy items may require assistance from the customer to safely offload at the delivery location.

We strive to meet estimated delivery times but cannot be held responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, weather conditions, supply chain issues).

6. Damaged Goods on Delivery
It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect all goods upon delivery.
- Any damages or missing items must be reported to Material Hive within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Clear photographic evidence is required to process claims for damaged or faulty goods.
Failure to report issues within this timeframe may impact eligibility for replacements or refunds.
