Returns After Delivery (Within 14 Days with 48 hour communication window)
If you’ve received your order and wish to return it for any reason, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return as long as its communicated with 48 hours.
Conditions for Returns:
• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• Custom-made or bespoke products (including made-to-measure windows and doors) cannot be returned unless faulty or incorrect.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.
